⚀ EcoPatrol is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children. EcoPatrol does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will promptly delete that information. 1. General Terms of Services of the application

⚀ By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to EcoPatrol app
⚀ EcoPatrol is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.
⚀ You should be aware that there are certain things that EcoPatrol will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but EcoPatrol cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

2. Content

⚀ Through the EcoPatrol application, users can send and publish multimedia content (text and images) that are available to the users themselves, other users of the EcoPatrol application, and all visitors to vevcaniadventure.com/ecopatrol website, as well as the officials of the municipalities who will process the applications and proposals.
⚀ IMPORTANT! Any content uploaded by users is subject to prior verification and moderation and it will not be visible on the application and to other users until it has been checked by the moderators of the application!
⚀ After sending the multimedia material through the EcoPatrol platform, the user renounces the ownership of the same, that is, they fall under the jurisdiction of the municipalities to which the application/proposal was sent.
⚀ By sending a problem/suggestion through the EcoPatrol application, the user guarantees that he will not provide objectionable content in any sense.
⚀ By sending a problem/suggestion through the EcoPatrol application, the user guarantees that he will not provide false and incorrect data, that is, he guarantees the accuracy of the sent content
⚀ By sending a problem/suggestion through the EcoPatrol application, the user guarantees that he will not in any way violate the legal regulations.
⚀ By sending a problem/suggestion through the EcoPatrol application, the user guarantees that he will not endanger the privacy of other persons
⚀ By sending a problem/suggestion through the EcoPatrol application, the user guarantees that he will not carry out promotional activities from a business or other aspect

3. Content control and moderation

⚀ Users of the EcoPatrol application with built-in in-app functionality can report and/or block any user and content that is inappropriate for them and thus no longer see that content. For each such report and/or block, we will take steps for additional check of the reported user/content.
⚀ The responsible persons of the municipalities who have administrative permissions on the EcoPatrol application, at their own discretion, may remove or modify content that does not comply with this ToS of the application.
⚀ The responsible persons of the municipalities who have administrator permissions on the EcoPatrol application, at their own discretion, can remove users who with their posts do not comply with this ToS of the application.
⚀ The responsible persons of the municipalities who have administrative permissions to the EcoPatrol application, at their own discretion, may initiate institutional activities in the case of content that refers to a direct violation of legal regulations, violence, etc.
